We’ll do the work we agreed with you, as written in the proposal or contract:
We’ll need you to reply in reasonable time, share logins when needed, and send us content that’s yours to use. Please don’t send us anything that breaks the law or belongs to someone else.
Don’t use our services for anything illegal, for spam, for malware, or to break into systems. If you do, we will stop the service straight away.
Once the project is paid in full, the custom work we made for you is yours. Tools, libraries, and building blocks we already had before the project stay ours.
Please pay invoices on the dates we agreed. If payment is late, we may pause work or hosting until the balance is cleared.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by other people’s networks going down, delays at a domain registrar, or mistakes made with logins or settings on your side.
